SWIMMING TEACHER VACANCIES

O'Tooles require passionate and highly motivated swimming teachers who place great importance on customer care and swimming standards, whilst working towards our unique syllabus, National and corporate swimming targets.

 

We are continuously seeking high class professional team players to help develop our Swim School to achieve consistently high standards of customer service whilst promoting life long learning skills through swimming.

CANDIDATE PRE-REQUISITES

Level 2 ASA

ASA Level 2 swimming teachers at O'Tooles are expected to plan, deliver and evaluate a series of lessons that coincide with the O'Tooles syllabus. Applicants must have a sound knowledge of Diving, Swimming, and Water Polo practices. Personal attributes that our swim school are looking for is that you are customer focused, flexible and able to work as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be capable of keeping concise swimming records, dealing with confidential issues and leasing with O'Tooles Management. Candidates must be 18 years or above.

STA Full

We always welcome enquires from people holding and STA Full Qualification. Specific Job Expectations:


• Applicants to be 18 years of age, or older
• Applicants to hold a NaRS Pool Safety Award or an alternative acceptable to the STA
• Applicants having a sound knowledge of Swimming, Diving, and Water Polo practices
• Applicants must be customer focused, flexible and able to work as part of a team

Additional Valued Qualities:


• Capable of keeping concise swimming records, dealing with confidential issues and leasing with O'Tooles Management.


STA Baby and Pre-School

We are always looking for teachers to take our parent and toddler classes and classes in the Starfish series. The teachers should have the special skills required to introduce babies and very young children to aquatic activities.


Specific Job Expectations:


• Applicants to be 18 years of age, or older
• Applicants to hold a NaRS Pool Safety Award or an alternative acceptable to the STA
• Applicants must be as stated above centered on making the lessons as enjoyable for those in people in them.
