Our Unique Booking Process
Our booking process is slightly different from most swimming schools and sports centres in that we try as hard as we can to take our customers busy lifestyles into consideration when constructing a schedule of classes.
This flexible approach to programming gives parents the option of changing the day they come for swimming each term.
It also enable us ensure children in each class are of a similar ability. By simply enrolling into the same class at the same time with the same children you are then presuming that all children progress at the same rate which is never the case.
In order to administer and schedule our classes we start to take bookings for all forthcoming terms around half term.
Parents can either book online or over the phone on 01344 898330.
When booking a course, parents are asked to pick a preferred day. You are then asked to indicate any alternative days and times that you may be available to attend lessons.
In order to get a time that is convenient to you please give as much availability as possible.
All this information is then fed through to our bespoke class administration and planning engine. Once we have sufficient children booked in we then start to schedule classes. This process usually takes two weeks.
Once we have assigned your child/children to a class we will then send you a email asking you to log into your account and check that the time you have been allocated is ok.
If you have been issued a time that you are unable to make you have 5 days in which to request a change or refund.
