HOW WE CREATE A TIMETABLE

Q. Why can't I see specific times of classes?

A. We only run a very few number of classes we would describe as static. These are typically our Club Swim sessions.

All children progress at different rates and having a static timetable would enviably mean that over time the ability of the children in that class would be different.

Children do so many activities these days that it is important to offer our parents the flexibility of requesting a change of day. A static timetable would assume that all children do the same activity on the same day at the same time and this is often not the case.

We also aware that parents spend a huge amount of time taking children here there and everywhere and two, three or even four trips to the swimming pool is a huge burden to bare.

When booking we ask parents to:

• Select their preferred day

• Indicate additional days and times they are available

We then schedule the timetable taking into consideration:

• Parents preferred days

• The number of children that require the same or similar class on that day

• Sibling class requirements

If we are unable to schedule a child into the parents preferred day we then look at any alternative days and times that you are able to attend and schedule you into a time that is a close to your requirements as possible.
